Since 1983, Dr. Sokol has been recognized by the media as the authoritative voice in male reproduction and reproductive toxicology. Dr. Sokol is often contacted by the media to discuss her practice and research. Additionally, she often provides background information and expert commentary.

Dr. Sokol enjoys working with the media and considers health education through the media critical to our nation’s health.  Because of her considerable work with the media and her commitment to public outreach, Dr. Sokol studied health communication and the media and earned a master’s degree in public health in 2002.
